Zaiboonisha Rahman is the founder and CEO of CZR Resources, a dynamic mining company focused on turnkey solutions over mining projects in precious metals and ore commodities.
Zaiboonisha commenced her career in the banking and finance industry where she harnessed her skills to appreciate asset and finance management to improve financial decisions in business.
Zaiboonisha obtained a BA Degree, majoring in Psychology and South African Sign Language from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her knowledge in finance as well as her education and training in social sciences caused her to gravitate toward community upliftment programs that served to enhance previously disadvantaged communities.
Her cause for mining and knowledge of valuable resources in South Africa has fueled her passion as a Woman in Mining to create opportunities in local employment and ensure skills are sufficiently transferred to disadvantaged individuals for continuity and independency.
Zaiboonisha has served as the Executive Team Leader of the Women’s Chamber of Entrepreneurs an organization aimed at business and personal growth of female entrepreneurs.
