Tebogo is Business Woman, Social Entrepreneur and a renowned International Speaker. She completed a National Diploma (ND), Human Resources Management from Wits Tech, a Project Management certificate and several entrepreneurship courses, including Ernst & Young Winning Women, Goldman Sach’s GIBS 10000 Women, Graca Machel Trust New Faces New Voices leadership fellowship in Atlanta Georgia. She worked for corporate HR until resigning in 2009 to become a full-time entrepreneur.

Tebogo further completed a mentorship programme in metal fabrication & CNC machining sponsored by NYDA YEP in Germany in 2013. She then completed an Investec Finance Readiness programme and participated in the business exchange sponsored by Investec at Ford factory in Detroit, USA learning about lean manufacturing & Manufacturing 4.0 Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Tebogo ran her first business called Diep K Steel & Aluminium that supplied services across ADC regions. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Ditsogo Engineering & Mining, which is a 100% black female-owned business specializing in steel fabrication, mechanical repairs and underground mining support services in Mogwase Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Rustenburg, NW.

Tebogo has won some of the exclusive awards, including Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining by WIM UK and honoured as one of the Top 100 under 40 Most Influential People of African Descendants by MIPAD 100 during the UN General Assembly, New York 2018.  She is also a regular speaker at the Dubai Mining Show and Panelist at the United Nations UN-ShairFair on Gender Equality in the Extractives industry.
