Khosi is a Businesswoman, Social Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, Mentor and Coach. She is also the G100 South Africa Country ChairSustainable Mining (ESG). Khosi obtained a BA Social Science from City College of New York and a Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management from The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Michigan State University, Michigan State, USA. Khosi is a Wits Business School Alumni where she completed short courses in Leadership Development, Finance for non-Financial Managers, Corporate Governance King 1,2 & 3.

Khosi’s career in mining started at Harmony Gold, where she held a position of Group Corporate Affairs and went on to be a founder and CEO of a 100% Women-Owned Company, Khusela Women Investments, a coal mining company that established operating mines in the Mpumalanga Coalfields.

Khosi is currently a founding partner at MN Advisory and Consulting Service. She leads a vibrant and dynamic team specialising in Strategic Sustainability Reporting in line with the New World Sustainability Vision 2030 of the UN Sustainability Development Goals. She founded WaterBearer Sustainable Development, a company that specialises in Socio-Economic Development of mine communities.

Khosi is currently a Non-Executive Director of HCI Coal, Ori Professionals, and the Chairman and acting CEO of Women in Mining Business (WiMBIZ, SA). She was selected as one of the 2018 Top 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining by Women In Mining UK.

Having held executive and non-executive director positions in some of South Africa’s Blue-Chip Companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Khosi is passionate about using her skills and experience to help businesses thrive. She is open to exploring non-executive director positions within your company, bringing a wealth of knowledge with her.
