WiMBIZ South Africa is a non-profit organisation established to create a platform for businesswomen, women entrepreneurs and professionals to speak with one voice and access opportunities in the mining sector in a coordinated manner.
Our Mission is to amplify the voice of African women entrepreneurs in the mining sector and create sustainable and profitable-women owned businesses that will help to reduce poverty, inequality and unemployment in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, in accordance with 2030 Agenda.
Our Vision is to create a sustainable, successful organisation that ensures the empowerment and success of African Women Entrepreneurs.

Our purpose
- To Create a Platform for women entrepreneurs to access opportunities in the Mining Value Chain and participation in ownership and equity holding.
- To Act as Advisory and Business Support for business women and women entrepreneurs in the mining sector.

WiMBIZ will facilitate programmes that will ensure growth and success of the members and their businesses; some of the programme activities will include:
- Compliance with the required business regulations i.e. CIPC, SARS, etc.
